Few minutes away from the business districts of Bonifacio Global City and Makati, Mall (Market Market) and Schools.
Public transport like taxi, PUJ (Public Utility Jeepneys) and tricycle (public motorcycle taxis almost similar to Tuk-tuks in Bangkok but smaller) are also close by. Receptionist may assist in arranging taxi services.
Also enjoy the convenience of DMCI Homes own shuttle service (Acacia Estates Home Link) that transport residents from Acacia Estates to important areas such as Makati and Bonifacio Global City, or avail of our Car Rental Services at a very reasonable price.

POLICIES & RENTAL RATES:
Daily : Php3,000/night (if less than 7 nights stay)

1. Check In: 4 PM / Check Out: 12 Noon
2. Inclusive of utilities except electricity and gas. If monthly rent: All utilities i.e. electricity, water, cable and internet are for the account of the guest.
3. One time set-up of linens and towels.
4. For monthly rental, extra set of linens and towels will be provided.
5. We require advance payment for the duration of stay.
6. In case of cancellation, the reservation will be forfeited.
Advance payment: One day rent for daily and 50% of the total rent charges for weekly and monthly stay.
For reservation, you can remit the required deposit via Bank of Philippine Island (BPI) or Banco de Oro accounts (details to be advised), or thru PayPal. Full rental payment will be collected upon check-in. Booking confirmation details and copy of payment receipt will be sent via e-mail.

WE WILL ONLY RESERVE THE CONDO UNIT ON YOUR REQUIRED DATES UPON RECEIPT OF THE RESERVATION DEPOSIT.
