Long Term: 30,000 (minimum 6 months stay), two (2) months security deposit and one (1) month advance. We require post-dated checks for the length of the rental term.
Terms:
1. Check in: 4:00 PM / Check out: 12:00 noon
2. For daily and weekly rent: Rate is inclusive of cable TV, internet and other utilities like water and cooking gas, except electricity. Electricity will be paid by the renter.
3. For monthly and long-term lease: Electricity, water, cooking gas, cable TV, internet and other utilities are to be paid by the renter.
4. We require advance payment and security deposit.

Reservation:
For reservation, you can remit the required deposit via Bank of Philippine Island (BPI) or Banco de Oro accounts (details to be advised), or thru PayPal.
In case of cancellation, the reservation fee will be forfeited.

WE WILL ONLY RESERVE THE CONDO UNIT ON YOUR REQUIRED DATES UPON RECEIPT OF THE RESERVATION DEPOSIT.
