POLICIES & RENTAL RATES:
Daily: Php2,000/night (min. 2 nights)
Weekly: Php1,800/night (from 1 to 3 weeks)
Monthly: Php 25,000 (Plus Electricity, Water, Cooking Gas, Cable TV, Internet. Php5,000 Deposit)
Yearly: Php 23,000/month (Plus Electricity, Water, Cooking Gas, Cable TV, Internet. 1 Month Deposit, 2 Months Advance)
Terms:
1. Check In: 4 PM / Check Out: 12 Noon
2. Inclusive of utilities for daily and weekly stay.
3. For monthly rentals, electricity, water, cooking gas, cable TV and internet will be paid by the renter.
4. Advance payment: one day rent for daily and 50% of the total rent charges for weekly and monthly stay. For yearly, 1 (one) month deposit, 2 (two) months advance.
5. In case of cancellation, the reservation fee will be forfeited.
6. No refund of room fees for early check-out.
7. Deposit on electricity is refundable upon check-out, charges shall be based on consumption (every 30 days for monthly and yearly rentals).
For reservation, you can remit the required deposit via Bank of Philippine Island (BPI) or Banco de Oro accounts (details to be advised), or thru PayPal.
NOTE: WE WILL ONLY RESERVE THE CONDO UNIT ON YOUR REQUIRED DATES UPON RECEIPT OF THE RESERVATION DEPOSIT.
