condo rentals manila
Excellent condo for short stay...
Stayed for almost 2 weeks late in Feb 2011 and everything was great. Air conditioners. Full kitchen w/ fridge. Internet. Cable TV. Hot and cold shower w/ towels. Huge king-size bed + beddings.
If I have to nitpick, I would say, ask them not to spray insecticide a few days before you arrive... not because I hate creepy-crawlies coming out, but because the scent doesn't disappear immediately. It lingers for a couple of days.
Will definitely book again. Will definitely recommend. :)
I rented from this agency under the management of Grace Ocampo in late March and early April. I was fully satisfied with the services rendered. She and her staff are amicable and understanding. The property I was in (Rosewood, Jade 802) was simple, impeccable, comfortable, and convenient for my stay. I wish I had thought to bring a wireless router. The in-room wired internet was reliable. Wifi access in the lodge was pretty weak (-70 to -85 dbm). Don't forget to stop by the roof deck for a nice view.
I was particularly impressed by their driver Arthur and his command of the roadways of Manila. His reassuring presence really improved the quality of my vacation immensely.
The mosquitos are prolific at night around the pool and lodge, but they are generally observant of Ultrathon or the like. It's fun to see the bats hunting them. There are some standing ponds that might benefit from treatment.
Stayed at cypress' Altiva1108 last October 2011 for 2weeks. Bf and i decided to rent a transient/ vacation rental bec it's cheaper than a hotel. We rented the house and leave our things there when we went to Boracay and Palawan. As far as I can remember we only stayed there for 4days? Anyway, I was very satisfied with their service, Ms. Grace was very accommodatin, she answered all my queries although im kinda annoying lol.
I highly recommended this company and will book them again for sure! :)
