Public transport like taxi, Uber, Grab, PUJ (Public Utility Jeepneys) and tricycle (public motorcycle taxis almost similar to Tuk-tuks in Bangkok but smaller) are close by. Receptionist may assist in arranging taxi services.
With WiFi Internet and Cable TV. Suitable for locals, independent tourists and visitors who are clean and responsible.
POLICIES & RENTAL RATES:
Daily : Php1,500/night (if less than 7 nights stay)
Weekly: Php1,300/night
Monthly: Php20,000/month (less than 6 months stay)
Long Term: Php15,000/month (minimum 6 months stay)
Terms:
1. Check In: 4 PM / Check Out: 12 Noon
2. Rate is inclusive of cable TV, internet and utilities (water and cooking gas) except electricity for daily and weekly rent. For monthly rent: electricity, water, cooking gas, cable TV and internet are to be paid by the renter.
3. One time set-up of linens and towels.
4. For monthly rental, extra set of linens and towels will be provided.
5. We require advance payment and security deposit.
6. In case of cancellation, the reservation fee will be forfeited.
Reservation
For reservation, you can remit the required deposit via Bank of Philippine Island (BPI) or Banco de Oro accounts (details to be advised), or thru PayPal.

WE WILL ONLY RESERVE THE CONDO UNIT ON YOUR REQUIRED DATES UPON RECEIPT OF THE RESERVATION DEPOSIT.
