POLICIES & RENTAL RATES:
Daily: Php2,500/night (if less than 7 nights stay)
Weekly: Php2,000/night
Monthly: Php30,000 (less than 6 months stay)
Long Term: Php25,000 (minimum 6 months stay)
Terms:
1. Check In: 4 PM / Check Out: 12 Noon
2. Rate is inclusive of cable TV, internet and utilities (water and cooking gas) except electricity for daily and weekly rent. For monthly rent: electricity, water, cooking gas, cable TV and internet are to be paid by the renter.
3. We require advance payment and security deposit.
4. In case of cancellation, the reservation fee will be forfeited.
