Terms:
1. Check In: 4 PM / Check Out: 12 Noon
2. Daily rent: Inclusive of utilities except electricity.
3. Monthly Rent: All utilities like electricity, water, cooking gas, cable tv and internet are to be paid by the renter.
4. One time set-up of linens and towels.
5. For monthly rental, extra set of linens and towels will be provided.
6. We require advance payment for the duration of stay.
7. In case of cancellation, the reservation will be forfeited.
Reservation
For reservation, you can remit the required deposit via Bank of Philippine Island (BPI) or Banco de Oro accounts (details to be advised), or thru PayPal. Full rental payment will be collected upon check-in. Booking confirmation details and copy of payment receipt will be sent via e-mail.
NOTE: WE WILL ONLY RESERVE THE CONDO UNIT ON YOUR REQUIRED DATES UPON RECEIPT OF THE RESERVATION DEPOSIT.
