Long Term: Php20,000/month (minimum 1 year stay)
Terms:
1. Check In: 4 PM / Check Out: 12 Noon
2. Daily rent: Inclusive of utilities except electricity and gas.
3. Monthly and long term rent: All utilities i.e. electricity, water, cooking gas, cable, internet etc. are for the account of the guest.
3. We require advance payment and security deposit.
4. In case of cancellation, the reservation fee will be forfeited.
